1. Descriptions:
The aramid honeycomb core is made through the processes of paper stacking, gluing, hot pressing and stretching.
First, each layer of aramid paper is folded, and each layer of aramid paper is glued at intervals according to the creases to form adhesive strips. Then, the multi-layer aramid paper coated with adhesive strips is stacked in staggered layers in turn, and the adhesive strips of two adjacent aramid paper are all overlapped, After that, the synthesized multi-layer aramid paper is hot pressed to prepare aramid honeycomb laminate. Finally, the honeycomb laminate is soaked in water and stretched. When the honeycomb cell reaches the size required by the process, the stretched aramid paper honeycomb core blank is put into the oven for shaping.
